I went in as a last resort before I caved and bought a new phone I didn't want. The gentleman was very nice and courteous. He said he could fix the phone and it would be ready in about an hour. I went back 45 min later and I had a new screen and a lifetime warranty! WOW! What amazing service! I will totally recommend this store to anyone and everyone I know!
