We have a DJI Inspire 2 drone that was giving us a bit of trouble with the gimbal. Turns out it had a microscopic spec of dust that they were able to clear out, along with reseting the gimbal. Shane fixed it in no time. And at no cost! He also showed me how to troubleshoot this issue in the future. Very professional and knowledgable.
