I stopped in to see about repair on my husband's phone, as he could not retrieve any data. I was in the store for about 25 minutes and they tried everything to help, even so far as to put drying machine ( not proper term) unfortunately the phone damaged by water and no hope in sight. The person who waited on me was super helpful and very nice. Highly recommend them Kim
