After my previous review on July 5th I was contacted by Josh who is the manager there at the Orange Ave. location and he asked me to call him. Bottom line is they were super nice and totally refunded my money and replaced the screen guard also for free. It seems they got a shipment of these cases from a third party suppliers and indeed some of them were fakes but they are making it right to anyone who brings it to their attention. Good job CPR! That is the way to handle a problem. I 100% recommend this location now!!!!
