The guy that helped me was gold star. Personalable, kind and helpful. The phone I have is old. But the screen installed has a blue dot on the space bar, and a few other spots. Since the repair people are not able to hear me unless I put it on speaker. Time to just replace the phone and the new screen cracked just sliding it off my hand onto the night stand. Not worth repairing a third time.
