I initially gave them 5 stars after I thought they fixed my phone competently. However, 1 month after they "fixed" it, it started acting up again. They "fixed" It for me again and about 2 weeks later, same problem again. They replaced my microphone and had to take screen off to get to it. They had not properly placed the screen on twice and it caused a big black smudge everytime I tried to take a photo. This smudge was the misplacement of the screen. After two times of trying, they still couldn't get it right.
