I had a great experience despite my Samsung Galaxy being too damaged to repair. Kevin quickly sprung into action to see the issue and gave me a run down as to what happened when my phone overheated and wouldn't turn back on. CPR was timely and efficient and did everything in their power to help me. So I will definitely use them in the future, their customer service was awesome!
