I broke my glass on my phone last Summer, a huge crack right across the front. Since I had tempered glass over it, it didn't shatter the whole screen, just a huge crack.. months go by and there's 2 more cracks joining the party.. finally took it to CPR (cell phone repair off manowar). I took it in and handed it to the guy, told him to take care of my baby, and I started looking at the cases in the store as I was talking to another customer about how much it was going to cost me to fix the phone and how devastated I was. I hear the employee say "i don't think it's broken" as he was peeling the tempered glass screen protector off of it. I was like, no way I could feel the cracks.. they weren't just knicks and cuts on the screen protector, these were actual cracks that you could feel and there were air bubbles raised around the cracks.... He peeled it off, wiped the screen, and handed it to me as he said "fixed it!"... My phone has been an eye sore for months so this was kind of a big deal LOL. But what I was most happy about is, that I know that place is an honest establishment and I know that they don't rip off their customers. Because he didn't have to pull that off in front of me and I would have never known. I had my daughter with me so I was distracted, I wasn't watching my phone, I was talking to another customer... .had it been a dishonest employee or business they could have easily pocketed the $210 plus tax. I am so impressed I will never go anywhere else! I know it's a sad reality, but we live in a time where doing the right thing is a foreign concept. So it's a big deal when somebody does the right thing. Integrity is doing the right thing even when nobody is watching and that's what they did. They deserve praise for doing that. Thank God for honesty.
