I was referred to them by a gal at work who had gotten her iPad screen fixed and had a great experience. I’m happy to say I had the same happy experience. They finished fixing my cracked screen within an hour and Kaitlyn even offered to put my tempered glass screen on that I had already purchased elsewhere. I also overheard them help about 3 other customers while in there and they were very honest and helpful, going as far as helping an elderly lady navigate her apps. Hopefully I won’t have to deal with another cracked screen, but if I do I’ll use them again! Also, I mentioned the $10 off coupon from their website and they honored it.
