I got a note 8 and a Samsung tablet with Verizon and I bought tempered glass screen protectors on Amazon since I didn't feel comfortable putting them on myself I asked Verizon and they would not apply them because I didn't buy them there so they told me to go to best buy where I had the sane issue out of frustration i called CPR and they had no issue installing my screen protectors free of charge
