I had to come back a second time after dropping my phone off first time. The guy told me they forgot to check to see if they had any batteries for my I phone 6 the first time so I was told to drop my phone off and then came back to find out that they forgot to chec and see if they had any batteries. Anyways they said it would Take 7 to 10. Days to order battery and they Wouk call me. I did not receive a call by 7 days so I called them and yes they said they do have battery. So I am glad I was proactive I calling cause I really did need a new battery and did not want to wait for them to call. I went on the next sat I was off and they had battery changed in about one hour and my husband picked it up.
