We stopped by late afternoon and were greeted by a very friendly, smiling and helpful young lady. We needed battery replacements for our two 5s iPhones and she said it normally takes about two hours but if we could come back about 5:30, they should be ready. We live in Richmond so we decided to wait, did some shopping and came back at 5:30. Our phones were ready and we are so very happy with them. This was our second visit to your business and we were delighted with the service both times. Last year my Kindle Voyage port would not connect to the charger and Amazon would not help me. I found your company online and asked if you repaired Kindles and was told that you did not but had a colleague who might be able to. I brought it to your place and about a week later, I received an email that my Kindle was repaired and ready to pick up. I felt like it was above and beyond for you to do this. This is why I will come to you first for my repairs and for refurbished phones and iPad when I need them. The charges were very reasonable and we thank you so much.
