I've had my phone repaired here a few times (cracked screens-my fault) under a warranty program. They are not the most enthusiastic staff, but they went above and beyond when I had a problem after a repair and my warranty program had expired. As a small business, I'm not sure what they may have paid out of their own pocket to assist me with my repair, if any, but I appreciated the extra effort they made to help me resolve my issue. They are very knowledgeable and have a lot of information about resale phones, cost of parts and more. Would highly recommend and appreciate their professionalism.
