I had the pleasure of getting my phone serviced by manager Jarrett. I had a loose and unresponsive phone screen, and had just come from a store down the road that tried to force me to get a full screen replacement for $120 telling me that was the only option available. Jarrett was honest and kind enough to actually take a good look at my phone before determining what the issue was. He was extremely knowledgable and walked me through his process of diagnosing what the issue might be. He then laid out a carefully thought-out plan and explained each step including the associated costs. My phone was fixed in under an hour, and when I got in I was relieved to find out that I didn't end up needing a full screen replacement. I was happy to pay the $40 for his time and service. My screen is now perfectly functional and in working order. It's so nice to find people that do honest work. THANK YOU JARRETT.
