I went in for what I feared was a cracked screen. Guy at the counter was friendly and funny and joked with me telling me it was totally ruined, couldn't save it only then to show me it was just fine. Only the screen protector on top was cracked. He replaced it quickly. I'd definitely go back next time I need a phone repair.
