Karen was awesome and really had excellent customer service. She looked and looked for a piece of my tablet that went missing(it was found), when a faulty part came in contacted the manufacturer right away to get another shipment, called me with updates on what the progress was on my repair, made sure I knew what she was going to do before she did it and made sure I approved of it, made sure my device worked before calling me to pick up, was an overall great experience.
