I thought my iPhone had died a horrible death but CPR was recommended to me. I brought it into the store this morning and explained what was wrong. Bruce was so polite and explained to me what he felt was wrong and that he would look into the phone to confirm that it could be repaired. When I came back that day my phone had been brought back to life! The most reassuring part of my experience was that I felt comfortable with his customer service skills and he didn't just give short answers to my questions. Good way to represent your business. I will be back without hesitation if my iPhone needs anymore tlc.
