I had a lingering problem left over from a repair done at a CPR store in a neighboring state. Because I knew that CPR has a nationwide warranty, I brought my three-year-old Nexus 6 to the Buford, GA, store. Matt, the manager, knew exactly what the problem was, ordered the needed part, and emailed me when it arrived. I dropped the phone off and it looked like new when I picked it up two hours later. They even replaced the inset letter "n" that had dropped out of the back two years before!I really appreciated the competence, courtesy, and professionalism of everyone I dealt with at this business. It's good to know that I have a dependable and reliable resource if I should have a mishap with a phone in the future.
