Summary: Cannot say enough good things about this company. Karl was amazing to deal with and provided updates every step of the way. Full: I took my computer into a different company approximately 2.5 weeks ago fearing the power source was malfunctioning. After 2 weeks They told me that the hard drive was completely fried and to salvage any of the photos (including my daughters birth and first birthday) I would need to be referred to another business and send the computer away. They states they took a percentage and it could be upward of $1000.00 dollars. On top of the 160 I payed already. Instead I took it to CPR to see Karl and Joe. Both are great at customer service and made no promises and even offered to look at the hard drive for free (other business charged 79.99) Within 2 days Karl let me know that he had found numerous files on the hard drive that was "dead". Not only did he recover ALL of my photos. He did it for a fraction of the cost of what I already payed. He did not try to push extra services that "might" work and was completely honest the whole time about what he could and could not do. Karl and Joe and the rest of the team get my highest reccomendation. This is a shop worth supporting as they have gained my business going forward for life. I will tell anybody that will listen to go with these gentlemen. If you want great service with great results go see Karl or Joe at CPR. 5 plus stars. *****+
