I dropped my cell phone, breaking the face. Your very nice guy said he could replace the face, but he'd have to send for the part. He called when the part came in, it seemed to be defective. Sent for new part, but that didn't seem to be the whole problem. Long story, the phone was pretty much unfixable -- or, not worth the cost. It sounds like an experience from Hell, right? No, it wasn't. Rico worked hard to fix it, and when it wasn't fixable, he didn't charge us for the extra parts or the face, only for labor on the face. Very reasonable, and I will go back there --although I'm determined that's the LAST time I'll drop my phone. Ha!
