I brought my old iPhone 4s in to have the batter replaced, done quickly while I waited. Turned out to be a bad battery, called the store and made an appt to have it swapped out. German helped me both times, no hassles, super professional, polite and very knowledgeable. German impresses me as very hard working and looking to save his customers money wherever possible. Where else can you go and not be over sold - nowhere, from the car wash to the grocery store, always pushing merchandise. Not here. They also do PC diagnostics and work, so likely I'll bring my sluggish laptop in for a diagnosis when I can part with it for a few days. I highly recommend this store! I;m in IT, so have an extra critical view...
