I'm only giving 4 stars because of the length of time of repair which was not entirely the fault of this company I was told up front my request could take time because they have little experience with the 360 elite controller but the customer service was very good . the man in tonight took it back in and immediately fixed a minor issue I had with it apon pick up . thank you
