The first time I visit my experience was excellent. How the last time I needed a battery exchange. Unfortunately it took over an hour, the technician came out and told me he damaged my phone by over tightening which you can clearly see. I then had to go back the next day because the down button didn't work. They fixed it to the best they could but not the way when I first took it to them. The personal problem I have is that, they still charge me the full price.
