My tablet wouldn't turn on or charge, so I took it in. The guys at the register were very helpful and professional. They gave me ideas of what it could be and the price it could be right away so I would be aware and plan for it. They also said they would do a diagnostic test first to figure out what was wrong which was free and let me know by text in an hour what the diagnoses was. In an hour I got a text that they were able to fix it and turn it on without having to replace anything and I could come and pick it up for free. I was so happy that my tablet was working again and that they were truthful about what happened. I came to the right place.
