Don't even bother with any location but Eden Prairie! I took my phone to a different Twin Cities location for a cracked screen replacement and walked in with one problem, walked out with two more (alcohol left a water stain under the screen when he put the screen protector on, and the home button was extremely loose). Not to mention the dude behind the counter at the other location was aggressively flirtatious and the whole interaction was incredibly awkward. None of those issues at the Eden Prairie location. The two clerks who helped me were nothing but professional, and when the button was still loose the guy opened it up right then and there and fixed it, at no extra charge since the parts were under warranty for defect. Thank you for a much better experience, Eden Prairie CPR, you were absolutely worth the drive!
