Rico is going the extra mile to get my phone working again. CPR is service oriented for sure. I'm going to try to fix my earlier 1 star rating in light of the great customer service they are providing. I was disappointed my phone didn't respond to any touch after CPR's screen repair. This was mostly because I had not backed up my phone in over a year and faced losing 10,000 photographs and countless other documents. Back up your phone before repair! After hours of Internet searching I was able to use a corded keyboard and Apples Voice over program to navigate my phone unlock and trust screens and get a good back up. Now CPR has the phone and they're doing everything they can to get it back working including providing me with a loaner for the time my phone is out for repair. . It looks like Apple may have a flaw in their digitizer connection to the integrated circuit board on iPhone 6 and 6s. Since the phone was working with the cracked screen when I brought it in CPR is continuing a diligent search to get me back operational. Bravo- so far
