I had a swollen and bad battery. Looking around their pricing seemed reasonable (10$ less than a competing business) and they are an approved repair shop, so I could use my SquareTrade protection plan with them. It was very fast and friendly service. Since I didn't have my phone to contact me when they finished repairing it () I just hung out at the Keva Juice nearby and they came and let me know about 30 minutes after I dropped the phone off. I would definitely recommend their services again. The only thing I would caution against is doing the emailed/texted receipt if you are using a protection service like SquareTrade. The emailed receipt didn't show the name of the business, luckily the guy that helped me had given me a paper receipt as well, so all was good!
