We dropped off my daughters phone on Saturday for a screen replacement. The technician who helped us was not friendly. She called us when it was ready and we picked it up. However when my daughter tried to use it the screen was unresponsive. Took it back on. Sunday and a different technician was there who was much more professional. It took a several hours to hear from her but when we picked it up she said that the replacement screen was defective and not installed correctly. She fixed it and gave us a tempered glass screen protector. I was disappointed with the service and the technician on Saturday but I was pleased with Sundays service.
