One word: phenomenal! These guys fixed in a few minutes what I struggled with for days. My kids broke off part of a splitter in the headphone jack. For two days I struggled and cursed as I failed miserably using the Bic pen and Q-Tip methods demonstrated on YouTube. I finally caved and brought it into CPR. Using a special tool, they cleanly removed the broken headphone plug and had me out of there in 15 minutes with my iPad back in perfect condition. Can't thank them enough. These guys have a customer for life.
