I had never been to the location at the Mall and have been to the new location 3 times in one month. Great location. I had 3 different reasons with 3 different phones. I had 3 different employees . Each time ALL employees were friendly , understanding, they listened to my problem to better service the phone, they gave all instructions clearly about payment, cost, parts etc there were no surprises and were honest about recovery of the phone ( my son dropped it in the pool) .She was very very helpful about what they could try...cost and everything all up front. She even took the time to explane to my son about cloud backup. I feel your staff is very knowledgeable about cell phone repair and I trusted each one of them. I give CPR a big 10 out of 10.
