The BEST customer service I have received in a long time! I walked into CPR after my service provider told me I had no other option but to buy a new phone, which I did not want to do. I am not made of money and I had only just paid off the phone. I explained the battery discharge problem my phone was having, and immediately Mo offered diagnostic help free of charge - to see if spending money on a new battery or repairs was even worth it. It turned out that it wasn't worth it, the diagnosis was pretty bleak, but Mo was so helpful and listed out my options. The battery was not the problem, its probably the motherboard; but the phone was still fully functional if I brought my charger with me. There was also a possibility that just clearing the cache or doing a factory reset would fix the problem. All of this advise free of charge. I got honest, direct help, and frankly with my phone's problem that was what I needed most to help me figure out what to do next.
