I took an iPad and two iPhones in for repair. I did not have high hopes, as both the phones were so badly damaged that pieces of the screen glass were actually falling out. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. They had all the parts they needed in stock and turned everything around within hours. Everything works perfectly and I could not be happier. They also extend a free warranty on their work which shows they stand behind it. My devices are not just for personal use, they are deeply tied to my work. So when I need them repaired it must be fast and done really well, which is exactly what I got. The store was bright and clean, I don't know why, but it seems like most of these kind of repair stores are sketchy at best. I walked into CPR Silverdale and instantly had confidence in their abilities, which they then proved was not misplaced. If your devices are important to you, this place is the only destination you need. No, I don't work there and I have zero financial ties to the business or this review. I was proud to be their first customer though!
