We brought our iPad 3 in for a screen replacement: it was shattered and the metal frame was dented and needed to be hammered out. The staff were responsive, personable and professional, and the estimate was competitive. They were able to thoroughly and satisfactorily complete the repair. The only reason for four stars instead of five is due to a lapse in communication. We were given a specific pick-up time, but when we arrived, were informed that additional time was needed due to the complexity of the repair. Prior notice would have been helpful so we wouldn't have made the extra trip. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely go back if we need future service.
