Andy seems to be a good technician but when he replaced the sensor due to water damage he could have done the dry out that was commonplace at that time (which I think should have been included) instead I had to drive 20 miles each way 4 times to connect with him again and finally get my phone dried out and working again for another charge====after a lengthy discussion with Tom when I thought I was going to buy one of the store's refurbished phones. Plus Tom had the day off when I came back for our appointment, so he lost that sale. (unless my repaired phone quits again)
