After my Note5 took a swim in the pool, I took it to CPR. They did what they could do, but it was pretty much DOA. Great service! Richard was very nice and explained everything in easy to understand terms. I'm sorry, I don't remember the person's name that helped me out front, but he was very understanding, too. In the end, they didn't charge me because they weren't able to get my phone working. That is almost unheard of today!! Told them I hoped I'd never see them again, but if the need arises, I'LL BE BACK!
