I needed the battery replacement for my very old iPhone - so of course I went to CPR - JANAF location. I arrived at my appointment time, was warmly greeted by Gary at the front counter. After a short chat - Gary and Justin - (the tech) determined that they could help me. Neither had ever met me before, but it felt like they were old friends. The time estimate was 1 - 1 1/2 hours so I headed out to run some errands. 31 minutes later, I was notified that my phone was ready for pick up!!
