I took my iPad in to get a new charging port put in and to have it reset. It wasn't working. Was just showing Apple then shutting off. Tate was the one I spoke with at the counter. Very knowledgeable. My only problem was I had to call THEM to see when it was ready. But they did a good job and I am pleased . Thanks guys!!
