This business made my day today. Had a cracked screen, called to see if they had one in stock or did they need to order one. They had to order the screen, and it arrived late the next day. So today I ended up driving to the wrong CPR cell phone repair shop in Brier Creek (I'm relatively new to the area) When the Brier Creek shop didn't find me in their system, it dawned on me what I'd done. They said they had the screen avaialble , but I said NO! lol, the other shop ordered the part for me, so I was obligated to go there. These two shops are a bit of a drive apart, but I had the day off. I get to the correct shop, (this one that I'm writing the review for- I triple checked ) and after a short wait, the man (didn't get his name) showed me that my screen was in fact, NOT cracked. It was the screen protector. !!! Now I'm really feeling inept, but he was sooo nice, and kept tell me sorry. Sorry? I'm the dunce here today, and a dishonest business may have taken advantage and not told me and done an unnecessary replacement. I appreciate his honesty, and will certainly go out of my way to this business in the future when /if needed. Very pleasant people, and honesty is valuable quality :)
