This was my last hope to getting information off my phone. My phone screen was completely black after dropping it in water. I had very memorial pictures in the photos and I was heart broken at the thought I wouldn't get them back. After calling Apple and them telling me there was nothing they could do because nothing was backed up, I called CPR hoping I had one more chance at getting valuable memories back. Michael made my day when he called me after I dropped my phone off and let me know he got ALL of them back plus everything else I lost. I will be forever grateful for the skills and willingness to email me my 1000+ pictures plus backing them up on my iPad. THANK YOU Michael. You truly were my life saver!
