I thought my life was over when my phone turned off and wouldnt turn back on. My friend referred me here, so my wife and I went in and spoke with Robin. She said she would look at it and let us know. She called my wifes phone an hour later and saif it was fixed! Im so happy and it didnt cost me even half of what sprint was wanting to charge me. Thank you so much Robin. We will be back when my wife drops her phone next lol
