We came in with a Microsoft Surface that had gotten wet and wouldn't charge. Sammy, who was supremely friendly and helpful, sprayed it with some "DeOxit" and tested out our charging cable. What do you know? The computer started charging immediately after the DeOxit treatment and a new cable. We got out for under $25. We couldn't believe it! Other computer repair places had quoted $50 for the diagnostic and likely over $300 for the repair - what a scam! The manager and a younger female employee were also very friendly and helpful; I regret not getting their names. Great, professional, and honest service.
