I've used the service more than once and every time they are friendly and professional! They have saved me hundreds of dollars over the past year and a half since I found them (I'm hard on phones, y'all). Most recently, we popped in for a problem with my husbands phone. He has an iPhone 5 that is on its last leg and stopped charging over the last couple of days. Not only did they repair the phone, they did it for free! It was an issue that required a quick cleaning and they happily did it! We will definitely be back.
