Very friendly, very knowledgeable and very patient I came in with a "hangry" attitude; nice but I could tell my patience wouldn't last. My questions were answered and they patiently waited for my ipad to be charged enough so they could detect the problem. I forgot my password so he we went through the steps to set-up a new one. Everything was explained to me regarding my cell phone and iPad. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is that I wish the suggestion to repair by cracked glass on my phone was mentioned since I forgot to request that before the cover shield was placed. I will certainly return for my repairs and recommend Cell Phone Repair to anyone.
