Great customer AND repair service. Here's what you gain by going with a 3rd party repair service. So my wife dropped her iPhone in water. The Apple Store said they will not try to recover any of the data, just swap the phone. So I take it to CPR. They repaired the phone for a little over half the cost it would be to replace the iPhone, and helped us to recover our precious data (mostly photo's). Excellent work! UPDATE 5/25/2021: My wife's newer iPhone got the black screen of death, and a hard-reset didn't help. Apple (via GeekSquad) could not diagnose the problem; they said if they even tried a new screen, they would charge me for the screen whether it worked or not. Enter CPR. They said they would try a new screen and if it didn't work, they wouldn't charge me for it (so, a free diagnostic). CPR tried a new screen, and it worked! That is how you do it! Highly recommended!
