Hello and thank you for your services at such reasonable prices. We brought our PS4 game system in for a HDMI port repair. The repair time was estimated at a week, it took three weeks due to a prong or tab being broken during initial repair, so the PS4 was sent to your repair specialist. We had to call about the delay and that's when we were told that it had to be sent off site. Well we got it back yesterday 9-1-18. We are happy to say the HDMI port is working but we don't think it was tested (played) when it made it back to your office, as we were informed would be the process once it made it back. Because in less than 10 mins the PS4 cut off by itself for the reason that the PS4 was too hot, and everytime we tried afterwards it cut off within about 2mins. This is very disappointing even more so, because our kids saved up their money for the repairs and this is their first repair service experience. Our son Kemuel is 14 and his first question after their initial disappointment was, "are we going to have to pay for this too, it's never done this before" I reassured them that you guys would rectify the problem expeditiously. Please help this turn into a redeemable experience, of good service and community for all involved. We are already sharing with all, how much better your price was for the repair, that we came all the way from Galveston. You guys are closed today and tomorrow for Labor Day.
